The Master's degree in Applied Telecommunications and Engineering Management (MASTEAM) organizes a weekly series of activities (talks, technical visits, discussion pannels) that complement the academic activities with real-world experiences from companies, research centres and institutions in the main topics of the master: Internet of Things and Smart Cities.
This week's activity will be a visit.
On Wednesday October 19th at 17:30h, MASTEAM students from the first and second semester will visit the CTTC (Centre Tecnològic de Telecomunicacions de Catalunya), and specifically the laboratories and testbeds related to Internet of Things and Smart Cities, the main topics of the master.
The CTTC researchers and engineers will describe the equipment, testbeds and architectures that they are developing.
The visit will consist in going through 4 different laboratories, which are:
