Balsells Graduate Fellowship Program presentation

The Balsells Graduate Fellowship Program of the University of Colorado Boulder (UCB), University of Colorado Colorado Springs (UCCS) and University of California, Irvine (UCI) provides postgraduate grants and grants to allow exceptional students of Catalonia to obtain Master and Doctorate degrees in any field of engineering in the three universities. There is a new program at the University of California at Davis (UCD) that focuses on agricultural sciences.
