El MASTEAM s'internacionalitza gràcies a dos projectes europeus / MASTEAM boosts its internationalization thanks to two European projects

Dos projectes de docència aprovats per la Comissió Europea impulsen la internacionalització del MASTEAM / Two teaching projects approved by the European Commission promote the internationalization of MASTEAM
El Master's degree in Applied Telecommunications and Engineering Management (MASTEAM, https://eetac.upc.edu/en/study/masters-degrees/masteam-1) de l'EETAC acaba de rebre un fort impuls per la seva internacionalització, gràcies a la recent aprovació per part de la Comissió Europea de dos projectes de docència.
Per una banda, un projecte de la convocatòria DIGITAL-2022-SKILLS-03-SPECIALISED-EDU titulat "Artificial Intelligence for Connected Industries (AI4CI)". El projecte AI4CI pretén crear un nou programa de màster conjunt centrat en l'aplicació de la intel·ligència artificial a les indústries connectades. Aquest màster està dissenyat per desplegar-se a 4 països, a 7 universitats, amb la integració de 5 pimes i 3 centres de recerca que donen suport a les activitats formatives i la professionalització dels 150 estudiants per curs acadèmic que hi podran participar. Al mateix temps, el projecte preveu la generació d'acords bilaterals entre els actuals màsters, programes de mobilitat, i pràctiques a les empreses i centres de recerca del consorci.
També s'ha aprovat la proposta de Erasmus Mundus Joint Master (EMJM) CoDaS (Master of Science in Communications Engineering and Data Science, https://www.unite-codas-master.eu/) que ja oferien 3 universitats de l'aliança Unite! (Aalto, Tecnico Lisboa i Grenonble), a la qual s'hi han afegit la UPC (EETAC) i TU Braunschweig. El segell Erasmus Mundus, a banda d'atreure estudiantat internacional d'alt rendiment, permetrà que a curt termini els estudiants MASTEAM obtinguin una doble titulació amb qualsevol dels altres partners en només dos anys, i un dels objectius a llarg termini és crear una titulació única europea que unifiqui els cinc màsters involucrats.
Our Master's degree in Applied Telecommunications and Engineering Management (MASTEAM, https://eetac.upc.edu/en/study/masters-degrees/masteam-1) has boosted its internationalization, thanks to two projects recently approved by the European Commission.
On the one hand, a project of the DIGITAL-2022-SKILLS-03-SPECIALISED-EDU call entitled "Artificial Intelligence for Connected Industries (AI4CI)". The AI4CI project aims to create a new joint master's program focused on applying artificial intelligence in connected industries. This master is designed to be deployed in 4 countries, at 7 universities, with the integration of 5 SMEs and 3 research centers that support training activities and the professionalization of the 150 students per academic year who will be able to participate. At the same time, the project envisages the generation of bilateral agreements between the participants' current master's degrees, mobility programs, and internships in the companies and research centers of the consortium.
On the other hand, the Erasmus Mundus Joint Master (EMJM) proposal CoDaS (Master of Science in Communications Engineering and Data Science, https://www.unite-codas-master.eu/) which is already being offered by three universities of the Unite! alliance (Aalto, Tecnico Lisboa and Grenoble), to which UPC (EETAC) and TU Braunschweig have added, has also been approved, The Erasmus Mundus distinction, in addition to attracting brilliant international students, will allow MASTEAM students, in the short term, to obtain a double degree with any of the other partners in two years, and one of the long-term goals is to create a single European degree that unifies the five master's degrees involved.
