La xerrada, oberta a tota la comunitat EETAC, introduirà els conceptes bàsics sobre ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library), que està prenent cada cop més importància en el món dels operadors.
El pròxim divendres 13 de maig tindrà lloc a l'EETAC una xerrada en el marc de l'assignatura de IOT (Infraestructures i Operacions de Telecomunicacions) del Grau en Enginyeria Telemàtica, on s'estudien aspectes relacionats amb la gestió i operació dels sistemes i serveis de telecomunicacions.

Speaker: Anas Ghamian, ITSM Project Manager, ITIL Expert certified (Axelos) and ITIL Certified Trainer from EXIN. More than 9 years of experience in IT-Telecom projects and service management.
Abstract: Organizations benchmark themselves against peers and seek to close gaps in capabilities. This enables them to become more competitive by improving their ability to deliver quality services that meet the needs of their customers at a price their customers can afford. One way to close such gaps is the adoption of best practices in wide industry use. There are several sources for best practice including public frameworks, standards and the proprietary knowledge of organizations and individuals.
