Mobility
Are you an EETAC student and thinking of studying abroad?
This could be a tough decision to make, and it may be even more difficult to choose the country and the school. However, this is the best time in your life for this kind of experience. There are lots of universities with similar education programmes, and it is easier than ever to obtain grants for travel expenses.
Are you interested in studying at the EETAC as an exchange student?
Check whether an agreement has been signed between your institution and the EETAC. If there is no agreement contact your institution’s mobility office and ask them to provide specific information on the period and studies you want to take at the EETAC.
Current bilateral agreements between the EETAC and universities from around the world are shown on this map. They have been classified by degree; you can filter them by clicking on the top of the map.
To enrich your mobility experience, you may be willing to learn a new language and get in touch with a different culture. UPC, in close collaboration with other universities, offers language courses in Spanish and Catalan, designed for foreign students; if interested, you can check for more information here: Servei de Llengües i Terminologia. However, we cannot add language courses inside your technical curriculum or in the Learning Agreement.
In the following, you may find useful information about UPC Buddy programme. As an EETAC student, you may be interested to be a mentor for incoming students (and earn credits for that!); as a foreign student, you may be interested to be given a companion during your stay.
Over 3,800 people have participated in the SALSA'M programme since 2015.
The SALSA'M mentoring programme connects local students with international students who are on an academic stay at the UPC.
The programme’s activities include language exchange, cultural visits, guided tours, and academic support and induction activities.
The following schools participate in the programme: EEBE, ETSAB, ETSETB, ETSECCPB, FIB, ESEIAAT, FOOT, EETAC and EEABB.
