El premi IEEE Communications Society Charles Kao Award 2019 s'otorga al millor article científic del període 2016-2018 de la temàtica “Optical Communications and Networking” / The IEEE Communications Society Charles Kao Award 2019 is given to the best scientific article published between 2016 and 2018 regarding “Optical Communications and Networking”.
