Procedures to solve conflicts
1) If you find any administrative problem, send an e-mail to cbl.oficina.docencia@upc.edu
2) If your problem is academic:
2a) Talk to the involved teacher. If their response is not satisfactory,
2b) Talk to the course coordinator. If their response is not satisfactory,
2c) Talk to the School Academic Coordinator (eetac.cap.estudis@upc.edu). If their response is not satisfactory,
2d) (Only if your complaint is about academic assessments -grades-) Submit an application to the School Principal (Director). If their response is not satisfactory,
2e) (Only if your complaint is about academic assessments -grades-) Submit an application to the University President (Rector). If their response is not satisfactory,
2f) Address a complaint to the University Ombuds Office (University community advocate) (Síndica de Greuges)
