We continue this lecture series, which aims to celebrate and highlight the inspiring achievements of women in science and technology. On this occasion, through the perspective of the crew members, we will reflect on what it means to prepare for a mission to Mars, what knowledge can be applied on Earth, and how new generations can contribute to a more responsible, inclusive, and sustainable space future.
