Graduation Ceremony of the Class of 2025

Last Saturday, July 19th, the graduation ceremony of the 2024–25 class of EETAC took place at the Atrium in Viladecans.
Ms. Cristina Cervelló, Director of EETAC, presided over the ceremony together with Mr. Jordi Berenguer i Sau, former Director and Deputy Director of the school and current Vice-Rector for Transfer, Innovation and Entrepreneurship at UPC.
During the event, awards were given to the students with the highest academic performance in each of the school’s programs. These awards and the diplomas were handed out in the presence of representatives from the professional associations: Mr. David Sedano Abad, Dean of the Official Association of Aerospace Engineers and Aeronautical Technical Engineers; Mr. Jordi Farré Carbonell, Dean of the Official Association of Telecommunications Technical Engineers of Catalonia; and Mr. Gonçal Bonhome Altable, President of the Catalan Association of Telecommunication and Digital Technology Engineering (Telecos.cat).
The awards for the best academic records were as follows:

Best academic record in the Bachelor's Degree in Aerospace Systems Engineering: Enric Guasch Mesià.

Best academic record in the Master's Degree in Aerospace Science and Technology (MAST): Raúl Criado Simón.

Best academic record in the Bachelor's Degree in Telecommunication Systems Engineering: Enric Guasch Mesià.

Best academic record in the Bachelor’s degree in Network Engineering: Lluc Feixa Morancho.

Best academic record in the Master's Degree in Applied Telecommunications and Engineering Management (MASTEAM): Mario José Martínez Morfa.

Best academic record in the Master's Degree in Applications and Technologies for Unmanned Aircraft Systems (Drones): Albert Sánchez Segura.
During the ceremony, the “Viu la UPC” award was also presented by the UPC Alumni association. This award recognizes the effort and involvement of graduates who have significantly contributed to the university community. This year, the award went to Adrián Escalona Perea, a very active member of the Castelldefesta student association.
At the students' request, EETAC professors Pilar Gil, Lluís Alonso and Pere L. Gilabert also took part in the ceremony, which was hosted by students Gal·la Farnós, Júlia Soliva and Oriol Viladrich.
