MAST hosts a new edition of the ESA Educational Week

The 17th edition of the ESA Educational Week of the Master in Aerospace Science and Technology (MAST) was held at EETAC from 11 to 14th November 2024.

As every year since 2008, experts from the European Space Agency gave lectures aimed at the master on different programs of the agency. This year presentations have been:

  • Electric Propulsion activities at ESA”, Dr. José A. González del Amo, Head of the Electric Propulsion Section, ESA-ESTEC (Noordwijk).
  • Lunar Exploration and Satellite Navigation: towards a new paradigm. Lunar Pathfinder and Moonlight programs”, Dr. Javier Ventura-Traveset, Moonlight-Navigation Manager, ESA (Toulouse).
  • Part1. The SMOS mission, Part 2. ESTRACK and Cebreros station”, Dr. Jorge Fauste, ESA SMOS Payload Operations Manager and ESA Cebreros station Manager, ESA-ESAC (Madrid).
  • Using Lunar Resources for Sustainable Exploration - Technologies and Methods for InSitu Resource Utilisation on the Moon”, Dr. Aidan Cowley, ESA-EAC (Cologne).
