Procedures

Admission procedure

We only accept students that have been nominated by their home university. First, you have to participate in the selection process at your home university and according to their calendar. Keep in mind that UPC is a very decentralized University in what concerns academic programs, so you have to select EETAC in case you want to attend courses at our School.

In case you have been nominated to our School (EETAC), you can follow the application procedure detailed below. Students have to register in the website for exchange students

During the application process, we will ask you for the following documents (strictly needed in English and fully filled in):

  • Copy of Passport / ID
  • Passport-type photo
  • Transcript of Record (ToR)
  • Current courses enrolled at home university
  • Curriculum Vitae (CV)
  • Learning Agreement (LA)
  • Motivation letter
  • Copy of a valid inssurance, including coverage: Health and Hospitalization, Civil Liability and Repatriation

You can download the details regarding the application procedure here

You can check the courses offered in English here.

Once you have made your selection and your home university has agreed on the LA, we will may suggest you changes based on your background or other internal issues . We will assess you with it again once you are here, in order to solve e.g. possible overlaps in the course schedule. In any case, we will sign your LA after you and your home university have signed, too.

Once all the documents have been filled and signed, you will receive a confirmation of whether you have been admitted to our School for the selected period. From now on, you can start planning your trip! WELCOME!!!
